Our Process
Design
Every build starts with a plan, either drawn by us or provided by the client. Because we have the ability to offer in-house design, we are able to cater to the most specific requests.
Prepare
Once the plans are complete, we gather bids and begin the selection process. Every fixture and finish for the project is selected at this time to ensure maximum customization.
Build
With the building plans approved and the specifications finalized, construction may begin. Timelines vary but a rough estimate will be given as part of the building contract.
